With large wrap around decks on the first and second floors, the property is perfect for entertaining, taking in the ocean views and spectacular sunsets, or relaxing with your friends, family and man's "best friend" (well behaved dogs are welcome with a modest deposit). There is ample parking, a large yard for playing, a fire pit, and an outdoor shower. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The largest guest bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite full shower bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, one with two twins and one with a twin/trundle, share a hall bathroom with tub/shower. There is also a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. From the top of the stairs to the second floor you see an open floor plan which includes a large living room with a gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings, large flat screen television, and sweeping ocean views. Sliding doors lead out to a large wrap around deck with outdoor dining tables, umbrella and chairs, chaise lounges and a Weber gas grill. The deck is great for taking in both sunrise and sunset. The spacious kitchen has 2 dishwashers, a gas stove, wine refrigerator, and ample barware and dishes for entertaining. The kitchen opens to a dining area with a table and seating for 6. There is also a small half bath just off the kitchen. Further down the hallway on the second floor is the gracious master bedroom suite with a Juliet balcony that has ocean views and fabulous sunsets. A brand-new bathroom and sauna offer a luxurious and relaxing retreat. The room is elegantly furnished with a king-size bed and exquisite decor. The bathroom features sleek modern fixtures and a large walk-in shower with rain and regular showerheads. The 5-person sauna is state-of-the-art, equipped with dual technology for traditional and Infrared temperature control. Third floor: A loft accessed by a ship's ladder opens to the living room below. Here there is a full-size bed and a twin bed, along with a flat screen television and bean bag chairs. In the garage you can find beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach coolers, a pellet ice maker (for beach cooler or cocktails) beach games/toys, lawn games, 2 paddle boards, a kayak and 4 bikes all available for your use while at Wine Down.
