Peaceful home with pool with views of conservation land

Peaceful setting in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile from Sesachacha Pond and the Quidnet beach area. The village of 'Sconset is a few miles away, and the bike path is just down the road. The 1st floor of the main house has a large living area, dining area and gorgeous kitchen with state of the art appliances and a large island with additional seating. Off the great room is a study with a full bath and queen sleeper sofa, and a separate hall half bath. There is a large mudroom, pantry and laundry area. A wraparound covered porch with dining and living areas overlooks a 44 x 22 heated pool with integrated hot tub. Both have retractable covers. The 2nd floor has additional laundry and two king bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms; the master suite also features a walk-in closet and private deck with views of the pool and conservation land. There is a bunk room that sleeps 4, and a bedroom with twin beds. These share a hall bath. The lower level includes a recreational area with wet bar, ping pong and surround sound, and a king bed. The Studio has an additional king bed.
