Home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, central air conditioning, original hardwood floors, custom woodwork and built-ins, and a remodeled kitchen with Caesarstone countertops. The new bathrooms are all white and made of Carrera marble. "Circus Ack" has 10 comfortable beds with new mattresses, high-end sheets, pillows, and towels. The house has two remodeled master bedrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Every bedroom and family room has a brand-new TV from 2017, built into a brand-new built-in. Amazon Alexa for the whole living area downstairs. There are two commercial stackable washers and dryers inside, and there are two more in the shed. The house has a beach cart on wheels, beach tables, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, a beach grill, a single and double stroller, a pack-n-play, bed sides, booster seats, and even a red wagon.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
