Main House: This lovely, picture-perfect house is at 194 Cliff Road. It is 2 miles from town, and Steps Beach is the closest beach. Outside, there are several decks with different places to sit, an outdoor shower, parking for four cars, and a large back yard with mature landscaping. The outdoor shower is by the side door that leads from the patio into the foyer, which has a washer and dryer. On the right are two queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a tub and a shower. The bathroom has two sinks and a tub/shower. Left of the foyer is an open area with a kitchen, living room, dining room, and two separate dens. The fully-stocked kitchen has an island with a sink and a breakfast bar for two, a 6-burner wolf stove/oven, a Sonos speaker system, a Frigidaire microwave, a subzero fridge/freezer, and a subzero wine cooler. A half bath is right next to the kitchen, which is very convenient. The dining room has room for 6 people and French doors that slide open to a covered deck with a wolf grill and space for 6 people to eat outside. Each den has a TV and comfortable places to sit. On the second floor, there is one queen bedroom with an attached full bathroom with a single vanity, tub, and shower, and a master queen bedroom with a private deck and an attached full bathroom with a double vanity, claw foot tub, and single stall shower. The guest house has a kitchen, living room, dining room, and two bedrooms with private bathrooms. A cottage can be added for an extra $4000 per week.
