First floor: big kitchen with breakfast bar, sun room, and living room that is connected to the dining room. Bedroom, bathroom, and master bedroom with private bathroom. On the second story, pass through a queen-sized bedroom with a compact bathroom. Two decks, an outdoor hot tub, a kayak, and a canoe. House with no smoking. 1/3 mile to the harbor, 3/4 mile to the seaside beach. Minimum lease length is two weeks. Ask your broker for further information on how to submit a pet with signed owner consent and an additional charge.

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
