The Newly Renovated Kitchen is an open concept dining and family room area. There is also an ensuite first floor Queen bedroom with full bathroom. Second floor: has two King bedrooms and 1 Queen with two full baths. Flexible ensuite bed and baths can be chosen for any of these. Third Floor: En suite Queen bedroom and full bathroom. Lower Level: Kitchen, TV room, full bathroom and twin beds. Outside deck, patio, gas grill and off street parking, central air, multiple fire places, comfortable indoor dining seating for 12 people, sound system and three TVs.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
