At end of shared seashell driveway is entire guest house for rent (shared driveway leads to guest house and main house which is owner occupied). House is one half mile as the crow flies to Point of Breakers beach which is walkable down dirt paths. One and a half mile drive or bike to Surfside beach with parking, bathrooms and concession stand. Guest house has four small bedrooms, two full baths, outdoor shower, deck, outdoor sitting area and parking. Privacy also means isolation - you are 3 miles to town so you need a vehicle or be an avid bicyclist or plan to Uber to rent this property.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
