Recently refurnished Surfside home

This house, which has just been painted and re-furnished, is right across the street from a bike path that goes to either the beach at the end of the road or to Town. This is a good summer rental for a family because the rooms are light and airy and the kitchen is new and modern. First Floor: The first floor has a foyer that leads to a living room with a new gas fireplace and a family room with a 37-inch flat-screen TV and a comfortable sectional sofa. The large kitchen has a breakfast bar and granite counter tops. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an AC unit in the window, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi. The first floor also has a laundry room and a powder room. On the second floor, there is a room with a queen bed and a room with a full bed and a trundle bed. Both bedrooms have AC units in the windows. The bathroom in the hall has a tub and a shower. There is a bright, open sitting area with a big window that looks out on the Paladin.
