Brant Point cottage that was fixed up. One floor living. A cathedral-ceilinged living room, a dining area, a kitchen, and a bedroom with a full bed are all in one room. There are bunk beds in the second room. Bathroom with tub and shower. The third room has a full bed and its own bathroom with a tub and a shower. The fourth room has bunk beds and a twin bed, as well as a private bathroom with only a shower. This cottage has a deck and a view of the water.

House Rules
There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full
payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not
received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally
terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and
commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then
Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is
not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There
is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
