Rennovated historic house, steps away from Main street

This historic house was built for Lydia Starbuck and Benjamin Barney between 1720 and 1726. It was fixed up by the Nantucket Historic Trust in 1969. The house has a lot of paneling and a fireplace in every room. Main Street, shops, and restaurants are just a few steps away. Well-equipped in the style of Nantucket Country. There are private bathrooms in four of the rooms. The fifth bedroom and study both have a half bath. Most rooms have fireplaces that work. The study has a cable TV, DVD, and VCR. Air conditioning in every room. There is a garage for one car that is off the street. In the basement, there is a bathroom with a shower. The stairs to the basement are right by the back door. A small patio and garden in the back.
