It has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a striking Great Room with a wall of books, a comfortable seating area, a large table, and a gourmet kitchen that is perfect for entertaining. The third bedroom is an open loft that looks down on the open living, dining, and kitchen great room. From the Second Story, you can see a lot of Town and the island. It's not necessary to have a car because the loft is in town, close to the ferries and shuttle buses and taxis.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
