Spacious five bedroom home near Surfside

Large Coastal-style home in Surfside with five bedrooms, heated pool, patio, gardens, and a big front yard. On the first floor, there is a newly remodeled kitchen with a cathedral ceiling that is open to the dining room. The dining room has a view of the pool and doors that lead to the covered front porch. The library/den has a full bed and french doors that close for privacy that lead to a full bathroom with a stall shower. The living room is big and has a fireplace and a TV with a big screen. It also has a door that leads to a big back yard. On the second floor, there is a small sitting area at the top of the stairs and a large master bedroom suite with a king platform bed and a private full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. There are two twin beds and a full bathroom in the room. Lower level has a TV room, a bedroom with at least two bunk beds and a half bath, a full bathroom off the TV room, and a second master bedroom with a queen bed (no windows in this room). AC units in the windows of the bedrooms and living room (7 total). Beautiful south shore beaches are just a two-minute walk away. These beaches are great for surfing, surf casting/fishing, or just relaxing. The pool is 12' x 33' and is heated. You can't bring pets.
