Spacious home in Shimmo area

This large home has been built up over time and is in the popular Shimmo area of the Island. It can fit several generations of a family or a group of families. The house is on a quiet road and is close to the Polpis Road bike path. The location is great, and it's easy to get to either Town or Sconset. You can walk to Polpis Harbor, Moors End Farm, and The Moors from the house. The master bedroom has a lovely view of the harbor. The house has nice artwork, new furniture, and a well-kept yard with flowers. A great place to both relax and work from home. There are nice finishes and a great floor plan that makes the rooms big, airy, and full of light. It's a great place for entertaining. It has two kayaks, two paddleboards, five bikes, yard games, beach chairs, and an umbrella. All you have to do for a great trip to Nantucket is be ready. You can also bring your dog to this rental (certain conditions apply). Your stay at this home comes with a guest membership (for 6 people) to The Nantucket Club, which is part of The Nantucket Hotel + Resort. Your membership in the Club gives you: - There are three heated swimming pools: a family pool, an adult lap pool, and a kiddie pool. - During the summer, there is a supervised Kids Club every Monday through Saturday morning. For an extra fee, there is also a Kids Club in the evening on three summer evenings that includes dinner.
