Spacious home near Town

This spacious three level, post and beam home is located in the heart of historic downtown Nantucket just a block away from Main Street. The front door opens up to a large, bright living and dining area with high ceilings. There is plenty of room in this space for cocktails in front of the fireplace or a home cooked meal at the six person dining table. On the left side of the house you will find the kitchen, offering all stainless steel appliances and an array of supplies. The stove and refrigerator are both Viking; with the stove being a smooth-top. Corian counters with a stainless steel sink and garbage disposal. In the kitchen, there is a door that leads outside down to the back porch. Back to the living area, there is a stairway that goes a half story up towards the back of the house. Down the hallway on this upper level, there is a queen bedroom with its own full bath to your left. At the end of the hall you will find a full bathroom and primary bedroom with a queen bed and TV. Off of the main living area, there is another stairway leading down to the lower level. On this level there is a den with a flat screen TV and seating for about five people. Off of this living area there is a sliding door leading right to the back deck. Further down the hall there is a half bath and two more bedrooms, both with two twin beds, that share a full bathroom. On the side of the house, there is one off street parking spot that leads to a private, gated entrance to the back yard/deck. This deck is fairly large offering space for outside activities, a Weber grill, and an outdoor shower. This home is a perfect vacation rental for a family or group looking to stay in a classic downtown Nantucket home! Two week minimum rental term.
