Spacious Nantucket upside down vacation home in Brant Point

Spacious upside down vacation home in the exclusive Brant Point Road neighborhood. Less than 1 mile to Town, Jetties Beach and Brant Point Lighthouse. The private neighborhood offers a shared clay tennis court that guests are welcome to use. Multiple living spaces and outdoor spaces make this house a comfortable fit for 10 people. Each bedroom has air conditioning and its own TV. The first floor has all 5 bedrooms, including a large primary suite with a king-size bed and access to a covered porch. The remaining rooms are a Queen guest room, bunk room (twin bunks), and second bunk room (twin on top and double on bottom). There is a covered porch on the first level that can be accessed from the primary bedroom or the back yard. Upstairs there are two large living areas separated by the kitchen and dining area. All three areas are connected by exterior access to a deck with the grill and occasional water views. The house is tucked far back in the Brant Point Road neighborhood at the end of a quaint shell drive and enjoys nice yard space in the front and back.
