Spectacular Nantucket home ideally located in Cliff area

This beautiful summer home on Nantucket is in the prestigious Cliff neighborhood, just a few hundred yards from Step's Beach. The property has a main house with four bedrooms, a one-bedroom cottage, a chef's kitchen, high-end furnishings and finishes, several places to hang out outside, a well-kept lawn, and a great view of the harbor from the widows walk. The high-end homes on Lincoln Circle and in the areas around it that look out over Nantucket Sound have made the Cliff area famous for a long time. The Cliff area is right next to Cliff Road and just off of it. The Cliff Bike Path makes it easy to get into town, and the charming cobblestone road makes it easy to get down to Jetties Beach. Water Tower Beach and Steps Beach have calm water and beautiful sunsets that beachgoers love. There are cute summer cottages and beautiful family compounds on Nantucket that give visitors the chance to be close to The Westmoor Club and downtown Nantucket while still being far enough away to have their own space. Come spend your time off on Nantucket at the Cliff! What's on the first floor? When you walk into the hallway, to the left is a bedroom with two twin beds, a family room with a king-size sleeper sofa, a TV, VCR, and a DVD player, and a king-size bedroom that shares a full bathroom (t/s). On the first floor, the master suite (King) is to the right. It has its own bathroom with a shower and a washer and dryer. What's on the second floor? Enter a large, open kitchen, dining, and living room with cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, and a powder room. A door leads to a new deck on the south side. On the second floor, the master suite (Queen) is on the right. It has a private bathroom with a shower and a loft that leads to the widow's walk, which has amazing views of the water and harbor. There are three main places to hang out outside: the front covered porch, the upstairs deck that faces north, and the south-facing deck that was just built. A one-bedroom (Queen) guest house was built on top of the garage in 2006. Steps Beach is just a minute's walk away.
