All of the rooms have been repainted, and there are new sheets, a fully remodeled kitchen with new appliances, and a dining area that seats eight. Guests can enjoy a new pool and a dining area with a kitchen when they go outside. Up to 14 people can eat at the table outside. This beautiful property is surrounded by land set aside for conservation. There are trails that lead from the backyard to the conservation land. The house has a big yard, a pool, a patio, and an outdoor shower on the outside. When you walk into the front of the house, there is an open foyer and, to the left, a bedroom with a queen bed and its own bathroom. On the first floor, there is a master suite with a king-size bed, a large bathroom, a walk-in closet, a sitting area with a TV, and a walk-in closet. There is also a direct path to the pool and patio. On this level, there are two living rooms. One has a big flat-screen TV, and the other is more formal. There is a dining room that can seat 10 people, and there is also a dining area right off the kitchen. The kitchen has amenities and appliances that are top of the line. On this level, there is a powder room next to the formal living area and a laundry room near a side door. The second floor has three bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a full bathroom. There are TVs in two of the three rooms. There is a place to play games with a pool table and access to a deck with a view of the back yard, pool, and even further. The last queen bedroom in this house is on the lower level. It also has its own bathroom. There is a gym with brand-new equipment, a sauna, and a comfortable media room. Also, there is a half bathroom. The whole house has central air conditioning and a sound system so that guests can listen to music of their choice.
