"Steeple Cottage" built in 1788 is a perfect "Pied a Terre" in the center of Nantucket town, on a quiet side street, with a French inspired private patio garden. Two blocks from the Jared Coffin House, a great location close to all shops and dining, Jetties beach, bike rentals, walk to ferry. This location allows you to enjoy your stay without having to have a car. Patio offers cafe lighting, outdoor dining space, grilling station, and lounging space. Brick alley with arches along west entry to patio area includes a new outdoor shower. Professionally decorated, this home has three bedrooms and two baths. Tenant pays $300 cleaning fee and a $250 laundry fee, both subject to 11.7% state/local tax.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
