The cottage is in close proximity to its neighbors and is about 2 blocks from the public parking lot at the end of Surfside Road, which has a snack shack, access to public transportation and the Surfside Bike Path. As you enter the front door from the driveway you step into a galley style kitchen with apartment refrigerator and small gas stove. The full bath is located at the end of the kitchen and has a single stall shower. The kitchen opens into the living room with a pull out sofa, brick fireplace, breakfast table, and access to the back patio with views of the beach and ocean. The two bedrooms are immediately off the living area, one with twin beds and the second with a full bed and picture window with ocean views. There is a stackable washer and dryer located in the twin bedroom. A pathway directly to the beach is 10 yards further down Western Avenue, this leads to Surfside Beach. Back patio includes an unenclosed outdoor shower, homemade firepit, and a charcoal weber grill. Working fireplaces. House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
