You can walk from the large outside deck, which surrounds the house, right on to the sand, swim, sail, fish and kayak in the vast salt water pond which adjoins the Atlantic Ocean and its vast beach. There is a large honeysuckled gazebo, outside shower, and a patio with teak furniture; an outside teak dining table for 12, a designer kitchen hand built in the English countryside and English pine furniture: this is truly the ultimate beach house.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
