The bathroom off the hallway has a shower for the queen bedroom, and the office/den has a single bed built in. On the second floor, there is an open living area with a Cathedral beamed ceiling, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table that seats six, and a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and access to the upper deck. It's not allowed to smoke or bring pets. 2 week min.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
