Step back in time to an estate that reminds you of the luxury and comfort that Nantucket estates are known for. The house was built in the early 1900s and was completely redone in 2010 and 2011. The lawn goes all the way down the private drive to the pond, and there are great decks facing the ocean and the pond. Roses and hydrangeas grow all over the lawns and gardens, and there are secret places to sit around every corner. But the best part is the huge front deck with stunning views of the ocean and pond. The house has a big lawn where kids can run and play. On the first floor, there is a large, beautiful gourmet kitchen with an island in the middle and an open-beam ceiling. There is also a full outdoor dining deck with room for 10 and a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The home has many elegant and comfortable features, but the two living rooms/family rooms with overstuffed couches and chairs, an entertainment center, and amazing views of the garden and sea from almost every window are where you will live and never want to leave. On the main level, there is also a half bathroom and three large suites, each with its own bathroom. Each of the two new large master suites has a king-size bed and a beautiful view of either the ocean or the garden. The third suite has a queen-size bed, a nice bathroom, and views of both the ocean and the garden. On the second floor, there are three more rooms, each with two twin beds, a full bathroom, and a window with a beautiful view. This house is perfect for a big family or two smaller families who want their own private, elegant, and luxurious "beach" estate.
