"Third Wish"- Newly renovated home in Sconset

Welcome to Third Wish, which has been fixed up. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of 'Sconset at Third Wish, which was recently remodeled with all new furniture and updated bathrooms. The house is near 'Sconset Village, which makes it easy to get to. Step into the front hall. You can get to the dining room, kitchen, living room, and stairs to the second floor from the foyer. Continue to the left of the foyer into a large, light-filled dining and sitting room with French doors that lead out to the lush gardens and yard. Large, recently remodeled gourmet kitchen with a custom-built banquet table with a zinc top. Right off the kitchen, to the right of the foyer, is a large living room with a counter, a card table, a fireplace, and a lot of seats. The living room gets sunlight all day long because it has a lot of windows and French doors that lead out to the deck. The big deck has a lot of space for dining, lounging, and enjoying the outdoors while watching the sun go down. The half bathroom is right by the living room and is easy to get to from the back deck. When you get to the second floor, you'll find a landing with cathedral ceilings. The loft landing on the second floor gets a lot of light from the big windows and has a desk and chair for people who need to take a break. The master bedroom is bright and light, and the high ceilings have peaks that look out over the ocean. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and two sinks. There are three more rooms for guests. One has a full bathroom with a shower, and the other two share a bathroom in the hall. The queen guest room has its own bathroom and a view of the back deck, where you can see a beautiful sunset. The bunk room has a single day bed and a beautiful full-over-full bunk bed. This is a great room for children or extra people. In the basement, there is a TV room/sitting area and a laundry room with two washers and two dryers. outdoor shower with a door.
