The high-end appliances in the beautiful gourmet kitchen lead to the back deck and outdoor shower. The full bathroom and sliding door to the deck are in the bedroom off the dining area. Dryer and washer are in the closet. The tiled shower is in the master bedroom. The side door has two closets and leads to the other part of the house, which has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is a utility room and a staircase to the second floor. On the second floor, there is a "Family suite" with a king-sized bed and a second room with two twin beds and a hall bath. The queen master bedroom opens onto a deck with a view of the harbor and stairs to the lower deck area.
