Steep staircase to Second floor: Master bedroom with queen bed, two twin bedrooms, shower bath off hall. Two showers are located one upstairs and one on the first floor. Located on a quiet side street just a short distance to both beach and village. Water Views from the second floor. Parking is to the left of the house, not in adjacent driveway to the right. Lovely back yard and patio area. Recent improvements in 2024: - Finished studio space in basement with TV and games room with shower. - Bicycles available 6 - although cannot guarantee all in working order. - New day bed in second sitting room. - One AC window unit available and fans in all rooms. - Gas BBQ. Pet dog may be allowed with owner written permission, non refundable $150 pet fee, subject to 11.7% state/local tax; please inquire with your broker.
