Large great room on the second level with a living area with a fireplace that is open to the dining area and kitchen with a breakfast bar, all with stunning views of the south shore. Toiletry room. TV in the den/office. Dining area leads out to a sizable second-floor terrace. Down a secret trail, it takes five minutes to get to the beach. Large yard, enclosed outdoor shower, and back patio. Storage space is provided in the garage. In April 2020, the owner installed central air conditioning. August requires a minimum two-week stay.
