The house is built in an upside-down style and looks out over conservation land and water in the distance. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are on the first floor (master bedroom has private bathroom and the bathroom in the hall is shower only). On the second floor, the living room is open to the dining room and kitchen, and there is a powder room. Open stairs lead up to the loft above the kitchen. French doors lead to a deck on the second floor, where you can see the ocean in the distance. There is a double futon in the room next to the kitchen. Widow's Walk is not accessible to renters.

House Rules
There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full
payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not
received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally
terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and
commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then
Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is
not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There
is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
