Upside down style house with spectacular ocean views

The living rooms, master bedroom, and large deck on the second floor of this upside-down style house all have great views of the ocean. Three bedrooms share a full bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor, there is a living room with a fireplace that opens to a dining room with doors to a deck and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The master bedroom has sliders to the deck and a private bathroom. The loft is above the bedroom and can be reached from the dining room. The water and sunset are beautiful from the deck that faces the ocean. Outside shower with a door and a big yard. The beach, bike path, shuttle bus stop, and Millie's Restaurant are all easy to get to. If you want to bring a pet, you may be able to, but you'll have to pay an extra $200 and put down an extra security deposit.
