Surrounding this Wauwinet beach house, a large, open deck includes outdoor furniture perfect for entertaining and enjoying fantastic water views and amazing sunsets. Open living spaces provide plenty of space for all guests to enjoy sweeping views indoors as well. First Floor: Sweeping ocean and harbor views from this rustic beach house. On this level is a master suite with an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower. There are also two other bedrooms with water views that share a half bathroom. An open floor plan encompasses the dining and living areas with exposed beams and comfortable seating. Second Floor: A second master suite is located on this level and has amazing ocean views. An open loft area includes twin beds, a seating area perfect for lounging and watching the waves roll in on the ocean side. There is also an office area. NOTE: Current photos reflect old furnishing. The house is being refurnished with some updates.

House Rules

There is no right of cancellation of this Agreement by the Occupant, who is responsible for full payment of the rental period after signing of the Agreement. If any payment due hereunder is not received by the due date and cleared within two weeks of the due date, the Owner may unilaterally terminate this Agreement and all payments shall be retained by the Owner (minus the fees and commission). In the event of any cancellation or termination, if the property is re-rented, then Occupant shall receive a refund less Nantucket Rentals fee, which shall be retained. If such period is not re-rented for the full rental amount, the difference shall also be deducted from the refund. There is no obligation of the Owner, or Nantucket Rentals to re-rent the property.
